Clovia is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OIC. With 15+ years across interior design, building design, architecture and development management, she bridges concept and commercial strategy. Clients value her creativity, foresight, rapid problem-solving and ability to maximise space without compromising buildability. Her work spans early client brief and feasibility, concept-to-DA design management, BIM documentation and coordination, approvals strategy, procurement, and hands-on site delivery.

Before co-founding OIC, Clovia delivered commercial and residential interiors as well as building designs across Sydney and Melbourne. She then worked within architecture practices on large commercial and residential work, including museums, pubs and multi-dwelling residences, taking projects from concept through documentation and site services. As the founder of her design firm, OIC Design, she built a studio known for empathetic, technically rigorous design that creates strong emotional connections through colour, material and form. Today at OIC Property Group, she owns the full lifecycle — site strategy, design leadership, DA/CDC pathways, consultant coordination, builder engagement, project management and on-site quality control.

Since 2017, Clovia has also been an active developer. She has acquired, re-planned and uplifted sites, and managed small flips end-to-end - making hold-vs-sell calls based on yield, risk and time value. Clovia's goal today simple: unlock untapped value in property through development. Her work is driven by one question: "How can this project leave a lasting positive impact on the street, the suburb, the family who owns it, and the people who develop it?"

Florian Hofmann

Bringing German precision to Australian property, Florian is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of OIC Property Group. With over 17 years across quality assurance, consulting and project delivery in automotive, tech, financial and insurance services, he’s built a trusted client base that values his requirements discipline, analytical depth and bias for outcomes. His experience spans delivery frameworks, risk and compliance oversight, Agile transformation initiatives, multi-project orchestration and performance uplift across teams and vendors.

Before co-founding OIC, Florian led test teams and ensured release quality at an international triple-A video-games studio, ensuring titles shipped right the first time. He then worked as a business consultant at Volkswagen in Germany on business-critical applications. Later, as a senior project manager with a fast-paced US tech start-up, he helped scale operations - running up to 18 client projects in parallel across automotive, banking, property and aviation - while guiding clients through Agile software-development transformations. He went on to be a business analyst and test lead at one of Australia’s leading life insurers, overseeing compliance and innovation initiatives. Since 2020, he’s been hands-on in property: acquiring, uplifting and flipping sites - experience that now underpins OIC’s practical, numbers-first approach. His belief: great development isn't just about vision: it’s about execution, process and precision.
